Contract Formation
No contract shall subsist between you and Big Office for the sale by it to you of any product unless and until Big office accepts your order by sending you a VAT invoice. Big Office specialises in selling to business consumers and reserves the right to refuse orders it deems to be of large quantity or placed by other resellers. Your order confirmation is for your convenience only and does not constitute an acceptance of your order. That acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you at the time Big Office sends the email to you (whether or not you receive that email).
Title in the goods shall not pass to the customer until all sums due from the customer to the supplier on any account have been paid.
Pricing
"What you pay" - despite our careful attention to pricing, an item could be mis-priced inadvertently. If an item's correct price is lower than our quoted price, we will charge the lower (correct) amount and deliver the item to you. If an item's correct price is higher than our quoted price, Big Office shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. However, we might at our discretion decide to honor the lower (incorrect) price and send the item in order not to cause you inconvenience. Selling prices may not be indicative of the prevailing selling prices at any specific time and place in your area.
Bespoke Orders
Any canceled order that has gone forward to artwork/production stage will incur a 30% cancellation fee
Your Order
We reserve the right to substitute goods within your order with goods of an equivalent nature (eg a blue stapler for a red one). If you do not wish to accept the substituted goods then you must return them to us within 5 days of their receipt.
Communication
We may contact you periodically to communicate promotions and special offers. As per the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations Act (PECR) 2003, on every communication, a valid 'opt-out' option will be provided.
Pro-Former Items
All Items kept in stock after 3 months which haven't been fully called off or there is no movement on the items will be charged £100 per month storage fee. Items that are canceled while in stock that have been allocated a space in the warehouse will be charged 50% re-stock as a cancellation fee. This is non-negotiable.

In an effort to provide our customers with the most current information, price and availability information is subject to change without notice.
Next working day delivery anywhere in Great Britain and Northern Ireland provided orders are received by us before 4.30pm. This means that orders placed on Fridays before 4.30pm will be delivered on the following Monday. Orders placed between 4.30pm Friday and 4.30pm Monday will be delivered on the following Tuesday.
For deliveries to the Islands (the Channel Islands, The Scillies, The Isle of Man, The Hebrides, The Shetland and Orkney Islands) customers should allow up to an additional 72hrs.
Please note that a few special furniture products require a slightly longer delivery time and you will be informed by e-mail of the alternative delivery date.

Please notify us within 5 days of delivery should you wish to return any item(s) we have supplied.

Please note that unless goods are faulty or not as ordered a collection charge of £5.00 + Vat will be deducted from any refund made and that any furniture items returned will also incur a restocking fee of 35% of the item value plus a collection fee of £18.50.
Any item that is out of stock when ordered will be placed on backorder; you will be notified by e-mail of the expected delivery date.
Should we receive no response from our e-mail we will assume that you wish to accept the goods on the date as specified.
If the delivery date is unacceptable please respond to our e-mail and we will cancel the backorder and either credit your credit card or, if you are an account customer, you will not be invoiced.
If an item that you have ordered does not arrive please email us immediately.
